02.
Lipoedema is a condition that is often misunderstood and dismissed, leaving many women feeling isolated and unsupported. As someone who lives with Lipoedema myself, I understand both the physical challenges and the emotional weight that come with it.
My sessions provide a safe and validating space to talk openly about your experience and focus on:
-
Adjusting to a new or delayed diagnosis
-
Coping with frustration, grief, or hopelessness
-
Navigating healthcare systems that may not always recognise your needs
-
Building body acceptance, resilience and self-compassion
-
Finding ways to enhance quality of life and maintain hope
Appointments are available in person at my Dee Why office (Northern Beaches, Sydney) and via Telehealth across Australia.
Medicare rebates may be available with a GP referral under a Better Access mental health care plan or GP Chronic Condition Management plan (gap payments apply).

Rebates & referrals
If your GP provides a Better Access mental health care plan and referral (or a GP Chronic Condition Management plan where appropriate), Medicare rebates may be available (gap payments apply). You don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to start therapy.

Not an assessment service
This service focuses on therapy and everyday supports. If you need a formal ADHD assessment or medication review, I can provide referral options.
